Shipping Policy

We ship Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM CST (no holidays). 

“Domestic” = the 48 contiguous U.S. states. 

Default shipping: UPS Ground. 

Need it faster? We can do UPS 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, or FedEx—just call. 

Same-day shipping: 

Orders for in-stock items placed by 2:30 PM CST ship the same day. After that, it ships the next business day. Delivery times are estimates—we can’t control carrier delays. 

Calculated when we process your order. Extra fees may apply for weight, size, or location. 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If USS can’t verify it, we’ll hold the order and reach out to confirm. 

PSC isn’t responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect addresses. 

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico 

Same deal as above—UPS Ground by default, faster options available. 

Some services may not be available everywhere. 

Extra fees may apply for size, weight, or location. 

Anything outside the U.S. counts as international. 

Orders must be prepaid and may take extra time for payment verification. 

We ship via UPS or FedEx, or you can arrange your own carrier and send us labels/docs. 

Buyer is responsible for duties, taxes, and customs fees—PSC doesn’t cover those. 

Some countries require extra paperwork (commercial invoice, SLI)—that’s on the buyer.

Drop ship fee applies. 

Buyer is responsible for state sales tax unless exempt. 

All drop ship packages ship Signature Required unless you opt out. If you opt out, PSC isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Insurance required for orders over $100 unless you decline (same deal—PSC isn’t responsible if you opt out). 

Third-party accounts allowed—just provide your UPS/FedEx info.
