Service Department
Need a hand with your PSC gear? We’ve got you.
When you send something in for service, it’s not getting tossed on a bench and forgotten — it’s getting looked at by the same folks who built it. We’ve been doing this a long time, and we know what works, what wears out, and what’s worth fixing.
Whether it’s a pump, gear, cylinder, or full hydraulic setup, we’ll get it sorted.
What We Work On
- PSC steering gears and pumps
- Cylinder Assist® and steering cylinders
- Full hydraulic cylinders (PSC-built only)
We don’t service third-party parts anymore — just PSC gear. If we built it, we’ll stand behind it.
Service Pricing
- Cylinder Assist Modifications: $450 (most) | $650 (Jeep JK)
- Cylinder Stroke Limiting: $65 (when new) | $100 (when used)
- Other Rebuild & Repairs: $90/hr + parts (cylinders, gears, pumps)
- Custom Machine Shop Services: $125/hr
Heads-up: There’s a $120 teardown fee for gearboxes. If you go ahead with the repair, we’ll credit that toward the final invoice.

- We use the same parts we build with — no guesswork
- Repairs come with a 6-month limited warranty
