Return Policy

New Returns

·       All returns must be pre-authorized.
Contact support@pscmotorsports.com to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

  • PSC will accept returns or exchanges of new, uninstalled, and resalable products purchased directly from PSC within 90 days of the invoice date.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Products purchased through an Authorized Distributor must be returned to that distributor per their return policy.
  • Claims for damaged, incorrect, or short-supplied shipments must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Missing hardware is not considered a defect and will be replaced at no charge upon request.
  • Cosmetic defects (e.g., paint chips, scratches) will also be replaced at no charge upon request.
  • Products ordered in error must be returned or exchanged within 30 days. A 15% restocking fee may apply.
  • Most accepted returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Please allow 7 business days after receipt for credit or refund processing.

Warranty Returns

All warranty returns must be pre-authorized.
Contact support@pscmotorsports.com to obtain an RGA number.

  • Warranty returns within 90 days of retail purchase qualify for free return shipping.
  • If a Call Tag is issued, the item must be returned within 30 days to avoid additional charges.
  • PSC is not responsible for warranty returns of products purchased through Authorized Distributors.
     These must be returned to the original distributor per their policy.
  • Please allow 7 business days for refund or credit processing.

Refurbished Products Policy
Refurbished products are not eligible for replacement under warranty. However, PSC will service refurbished items at no additional cost for up to one (1) year from the original purchase date.

If service is required within the first three (3) months of purchase, PSC will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a return label. After the initial three-month period, all shipping costs associated with service are the responsibility of the customer.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • No credit will be issued for:
    • Race-use-only products
    • Special orders or custom-manufactured parts
    • Installed, used, modified, or altered items
    • Products damaged beyond repair (e.g., broken gearboxes, bent rods)
    • Items missing hardware or accessories
    • Individual components from kits returned separately

Packaging Your Shipment

Before shipping your item(s), please:

  • Drain all fluid and use port plugs if available.
  • Wrap items in plastic to prevent leaks.
     Carriers may declare leaking packages as hazardous, causing delays or cancellations.
  • PSC recommends using UPS, FedEx, or DHL and insuring the package for its replacement value.
     Other carriers are used at your own risk.
  • PSC is not responsible for items damaged during shipping.
     Claims must be filed with the carrier.

For warranty service, include:

  • Proof of purchase from an Authorized PSC Dealer
  • Completed Service Request Form
  • RGA number clearly marked on the outside of the package
