The factory steering gear in these trucks has always been a weak spot—until now. PSC’s BIG BORE XD Steering Gear is built to handle the demands of lifted trucks, oversized tires, and serious off-road use. With a beefed-up 45mm sector shaft and upgraded roller bearings, this gear eliminates the deflection and seal failures that plague OEM units.

Whether you’re running a standard setup or PSC’s Cylinder Assist system, we’ve got the gear for you. All-new components, no remanufactured parts, and PSC’s proven durability make this a must-have upgrade for your GM 2500/3500 or Hummer H2.
