• Built With PSC Parts

Repairs are done using PSC parts on PSC‑built steering components — gears, pumps, Cylinder Assist®, and full hydraulic cylinders.

  • 6 Month Limited Warranty

Service repairs come with a 6‑month limited warranty, so you know where you stand once it’s back on the vehicle.

  • Decades of Steering Experience

We’ve been building and servicing steering systems for decades. That experience shows up in the details — what to fix, what to leave alone, and what makes the most sense long‑term.

How PSC Works

Once your part arrives, it’s inspected, torn down if needed, and checked against PSC specs. We’ll let you know what we find and what it’ll take to fix it before any work starts.

We service PSC‑built steering components only. That keeps turnaround times reasonable and ensures every repair is done with the right parts and clear expectations.

  • PSC‑built parts only — no third‑party components
  • Inspection and teardown as required
  • Repairs done using PSC parts and procedures
  • We contact you with findings before moving forward
  • Final testing before return shipment

How to Send Your Part In for Service

1) Fill out a Service Request Form

Complete a SERVICE REQUEST FORM and place it in a plastic baggie to prevent oil leak, and include it in the package with the component.

2) Pack the part securely

Use a sturdy box and padding to keep it from shifting during shipping.

3) Bag it to prevent leaks

Wrap the part in plastic or seal it in a heavy bag — leaking packages can get flagged as HazMat.

4) Ship it insured

We recommend UPS or FedEx Ground and insuring the package for its replacement value.

5) Get it out on time

Ship your part before PSC’s daily cutoff so it moves through the system quickly.

6) Pack at your own risk

We’re not responsible for shipping damage, so take the time to pack it right.
