The PSC 16" Single-Pass Heat Sink Fluid Cooler is a simple, effective way to help manage power steering fluid temperatures when your steering system is working hard. Whether you're crawling over rocks, towing, racing, or spending long days on the trail, excess heat is one of the biggest enemies of hydraulic components.

This cooler uses a high-flow single-pass design to help pull heat out of the fluid before it returns to the reservoir. Lower fluid temperatures can help improve steering consistency, reduce fluid breakdown, and extend the life of pumps, gears, hoses, seals, and Cylinder Assist® components.

This version includes the cooler only. Fittings and mounting hardware are sold separately, making it a great choice for custom plumbing, replacement applications, or building a cooling system to fit your exact setup.
