Building a C10 that handles like a modern truck? This is the box you want. PSC’s BIG BORE XD Autocross Series Steering Gear is a direct bolt-in for 1967–1986 Chevy and GMC C-Series trucks, built to give you tight, responsive steering without cutting or fab work.

It’s built around our PSC 8204 Series zinc-plated casting, with a TiN-coated 80 mm piston and 10:1 ratio for smooth, high-performance feel. Inside, it’s got double lead ball tech that keeps things tight and predictable when you’re pushing it through corners. Outside, it’s finished with a billet top cover, Stage 8 locking fasteners, and a billet end cap — because strength and style both matter.

Whether you’re Autocrossing, cruising, or just want your classic truck to steer like it should’ve from the factory, this box is built to handle it.

  • 1967–1976: 13/16"-36 spline, O-ring ports
  • 1977–1979: 3/4"-30 spline, O-ring ports
  • 1980–1986: 3/4"-30 spline, inverted flare ports
  • Bleed the system properly after install for best performance.
