If you’re tired of sloppy steering or fighting big tires on your Super Duty or Excursion, PSC’s BIG BORE XD Steering Gear is the upgrade you’ve been waiting for. This isn’t a rebuilt box—it’s a completely new design built from the ground up to handle serious off-road and towing demands.

The SG752 features a larger sector shaft and beefed-up internal bearings for smoother steering and better durability. It works with factory and aftermarket pitman arms, and it’s a direct bolt-in for 1999–2005 Ford trucks and SUVs.

Need more turning power? Go with the Cylinder Assist® Ready version (SG752R). It’s ported to work with PSC’s Cylinder Assist system, giving you the torque to turn big tires with ease—even when your diffs are locked.
