The factory steering gear in these trucks has always been a weak spot.

These are PSC BIG BORE XD® Steering Gears for 1999–2010 GM 2500/3500 4x4 trucks and Hummer H2, offered as PSC Certified Refurbished units.

Each unit has been inspected, rebuilt where needed, and tested to meet our performance standards. They may show minor cosmetic wear from prior use or handling, but they are fully functional and built to perform the same as our standard units.

Built with a 45mm sector shaft and upgraded roller bearings, this gear is designed to handle oversized tires, added weight, and real use—without the deflection and seal failures common in OEM boxes.

This version is a standard port configuration only, making it the right fit for trucks running a traditional steering setup.

If you’ve been needing to tighten things up without paying full price for a brand-new unit, this is a solid way to step into a PSC upgrade.
