The PSC BIG BORE XD Steering Gear is designed to provide increased steering authority for Jeep applications running larger tires and facing demanding off-road conditions. Featuring a larger piston and heavy-duty housing, it is engineered to deliver increased torque output while maintaining predictable steering response on the street.

Ports for PSC Cylinder Assist® are integrated directly into the housing, providing a clean installation for compatible assist systems. This steering gear is manufactured from all-new components and features billet aluminum top and end caps for added strength and durability.

Designed as a direct replacement for the factory steering gear, the BIG BORE XD delivers the performance and reliability required for trail-driven, rock-crawling, and daily-driven Jeep applications.
