The factory steering box on older Jeeps wasn’t built for today’s trails—or today’s tire sizes. The BIG BORE XD Steering Gear fixes that with a bigger piston, stronger case, and ports machined right into the housing for PSC’s Cylinder Assist system. No welded fittings, no guesswork—just a gear that bolts in and takes the abuse. 

This gear is 100% new, not a reman, and comes with billet aluminum top and end caps for extra strength. It’s tuned for better torque output and a solid on-road feel, so your Jeep drives right and turns easy, even when you’re aired down and locked up.
