This complete steering system combines PSC's DDS® Dynamic Damping Stabilizer Axle Kit with a BIG BORE XD® Cylinder Assist® Steering Gear to help control steering feedback before it reaches the steering wheel. The result is a more planted, controlled steering feel with less kickback, reduced driver fatigue, and increased confidence behind the wheel.

Whether you're pulling a trailer, carrying heavy equipment, or simply want a steering system that feels more stable on the highway, the DDS® system helps your RAM maintain predictable steering control without sacrificing road feel.

Available for 2013-2026 RAM 4500 and 5500 4WD trucks, including applications with or without factory Lane Assist.
