Same construction and capacity as the original—6061‑T6 alumium, TIG‑welded seams, and a vented, O‑ring‑sealed cap—so it drops in, seals up, and gets you back on the trail.

Heads‑up for installers

  • Mount the reservoir upright, cap above pump inlet height.
  • Flush the return line and keep debris out while swapping.
  • Route the return into the reservoir and feed out to the pump; don’t mix them up.
  • Bleed the system after install: top off, cycle lock-to-lock (engine off, then on), recheck level.
  • Reuse your existing bracket/clamp and hoses from the kit (order replacements if they’re tired).

  • Jeep Wrangler JK/JKU (2007–2018)
  • Designed as a direct replacement reservoir for PSC kits PK38JP1FH and PK36JP1FH. (Not a universal reservoir.)
