If you’re tired of sloppy steering or fighting big tires on your Super Duty or Excursion, this is the upgrade that fixes it.

These are PSC BIG BORE XD® Steering Gears (SG752) for 1999–2005 Ford F-250, F-350, and Excursion, offered as PSC Certified Refurbished units.

Each unit has been inspected, rebuilt where needed, and tested to meet our performance standards. They may show minor cosmetic wear from prior use or handling, but they are fully functional and built to perform the same as our standard units.

Built with a larger sector shaft and upgraded internal bearings, this gear delivers tighter, more controlled steering and holds up under the added load of larger tires, towing, and real-world use.

It’s a direct bolt-in replacement that works with factory or aftermarket pitman arms, making it a straightforward upgrade from your worn-out stock box.

If your steering feels loose, inconsistent, or worn out, this is a solid way to fix it without stepping into a full assist system.
