The factory track bar bolts on Jeep JL and JT models are slightly undersized for the mounting holes and bushings. Over time, that extra clearance can allow unwanted movement, especially if bolt torque isn't maintained.

PSC's Track Bar Bolt Upgrade Kit replaces the factory hardware with heavy-duty 9/16" Grade 8 hardware for a tighter fit at the mounting points. The result is a more secure connection between the track bar and chassis, helping reduce movement and maintain proper steering and suspension alignment.

The kit also includes weld washers to reinforce worn mounting holes and help restore a solid mounting surface when needed.
